Apparently healthy habits are easy for everyone to do.

In this blog, I want to share with you about Healthy Habits. Well, everyone needs to do healthy habits, right? 
Why does anyone who lives healthy can survive longer? of course, because they have been doing healthy habits, right?

Alright, We will discuss in this blog.
Healthy habits are routine activities carried out by healthy people starting from implementing a regular eating pattern, getting enough sleep, exercising, and else.

You know, 
Only 30% of 100% of people apply healthy habits in Indonesia. The rest are people who do not adopt healthy habits.

WOWW!!!
Unimaginable, right? It turns out that the number of people who adopt healthy habits is still very low in Indonesia.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the capacity of people in Indonesia has poor health higher than the capacity of healthy people. This is what triggers the high risk of death of the population in Indonesia.
Many healthy habits way of life are easy to do and follow by anyone. The key is the intention and willingness to commit to doing it. So, you avoid disease attacks and reduce the high risk of death in Indonesia.
Here are the healthy habits that you can do according to the activities that I do in my daily life to adopt:


1. A reasonable amount of sleep 6-8 hours a day.

2. Drink mineral water minimum 2,1 to 2,6 liters per days, equivalent to 8-10 glasses.

3. Sport

4. Toothbrushes 3 times a day

6. Keeping the environment clean.

7. Eat less calories.

8. Showers 3 times a day. 

9. Up and down the stairs every day.

Alright guys
Maybe that's all I can share with you. You can implement healthy habits by exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy diet, sleeping on time, reducing foods that contain lots of flavoring, drinking at least 1 liter of mineral water per day, and so forth. so that our bodies remain healthy, our body's immune remains strong so as to avoid disease or risk of death.
